Lester William polsfuss was an american jazz and country artist whocontributed in inventing the electric guitars which would become the world's first choice of guitar known as the Les Paul because of the tone and warmth of the sound that it rings out to the human ear. He was born June 9, 1915 and sadly died on August 12, 2009. The versaitility of the guitar is what the most valuable quality of the Les Paul guitar.
